ファゼンダサンタエレナはミナスジェライス州南部のカルモデミナスにあり、スペシャルティコーヒーの生産のために最適な土壌の質と素晴らしい気候で栽培されています。家族は第4世代続くコーヒー生産者であり、エルナーニと彼の妹のエレニーが農園を管理しています。農園は機械化されていないため、すべての管理は手作業で行われます。その結果、生産コストが高くなりますが、すべてのステージ、プロセスで細心の注意が払われているため、高品質なコーヒーが生産されています。

Fazenda Santa Helena is located in Carmo de Minas Gerais, in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais, and is grown in a wonderful climate with optimal soil quality for specialty coffee production. The family is a fourth generation coffee producer, with Hernani and his sister Eleny managing the plantation. The plantation is not mechanized and all management is done by hand. This results in higher production costs, but the meticulous care taken at every stage and process results in high quality coffee.
