About This Farm:
Santa Elena Farm (Sister Farm: Cerrado Farm)
Fazenda Santa Elena is located in the southern part of Minas Gerais, in the town of Lumo de Minas. The farm benefits from ideal soil and excellent climate conditions for producing speciality coffee. The family has been growing coffee for four generations, and the farm is currently managed by Ernani and his sister Eleni.
Since the farm is not mechanized, all work is done by hand. While this increases production costs, it ensures that every stage and process is carefully managed, resulting in premium-quality coffee.
