ハブタムさんは英語は話せませんが、従業員の１人がいつも通訳し農園の詳細を伝えてくださいます。その従業員の１人と話していると、コーヒーに対する熱意と品質の高さに感銘をうけ取扱いを決めました。

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus notes of Japanese mandarin orange, with a warm hint of toasted peel. Gentle lemon-tea acidity, sweetened with cane sugar, leads into smooth layers of candy drop and maple. Rather than strong bitterness, this coffee offers an elegant cup where fruity and floral notes truly shine.

About This Coffee:
Habtamu is the proud owner of both a forest and a beautifully maintained coffee processing station. He oversees every stage himself, from the forest he protects to the farms that grow his coffee. Although he does not speak English, one of his trusted employees always interprets, sharing details about the farm and Habtamu’s story. In those conversations, I was deeply impressed by his passion and his commitment to coffee quality, and I decided to work with him.
